Scott Cooper PA-C, DMSc

Scott Cooper is the owner and founder of Restorative Mobile Wound Care and Carter County Wound Care. He has over 10 years of experience as a Physician Assistant. He has spent most of his career in Oklahoma, with experience in all aspects of medicine; from Family Practice to Emergency Medicine. He has a passion for healing chronic, difficult to heal wounds, and loves to treat and heal wounds across Southern Oklahoma.

Tracye Fowler APRN

Tracye Fowler has over 30 years of experience in healthcare, with 8 of those years as a nurse practitioner. She has spent 13 years in the emergency department, where her love of procedures and continued learning began. She is passionate about helping people and states that this passion drives her work daily. She is excited to bring her knowledge to wound care, healing wounds across Central Oklahoma.

Emily Dunlap APRN

Emily has over 20 years of experience in healthcare, with 9 of those years as a nurse practitioner in the emergency department. She is a highly skilled wound care provider with a passion for healing. Emily has compassion at her core and patients enjoy the personalized care and attention they receive from her at every visit. Emily services our patients across Southern and Eastern Oklahoma.

Megan Ballard APRN

Megan covers our Arkansas counties, treating and managing acute and chronic wounds across Central Arkansas. She has many years of experience in healthcare and as a newly graduated nurse practitioner, is eager to expand upon her years of knowledge, adding wound care to her list of skills. Megan has a passion for delivering high quality, compassionate care to every patient, with every encounter.

Charlee Cooper RN

Charlee is the co-founder of Restorative Mobile Wound Care and Carter County Wound Care. She has over 10 years of experience in healthcare, with nearly 3 of those years as an RN. She is in office and in the field, not only seeing patients, but also meeting with area agencies and nurses to expand our services across the state. She is excited to grow with Restorative Mobile Wound Care, while healing wounds in the Southern Oklahoma region.

Mike Fowler LPN

Mike has almost 20 years of experience in healthcare with 5 years as an LPN. He has worked in the emergency room, ambulance, clinic, and home health settings. He loves spending time providing each patient with the individualized one on one education that allows them to take ownership and an active role in their healthcare.

Lyndsie John LPN

Lyndsie graduated from SOTC two years ago, and has worked in long term care and wound care since graduating. She is always striving to have more education, and is enrolled in an associates program for registered nursing to expand upon her knowledge. Lyndsie has a passion for healing wounds and has brought a wealth of experience to our team at Carter County Wound Care!

Robyn Rickards, MA

Robyn is part of our team as a patient care associate, and an integral part of our day-to-day operations in the field, seeing patients. She grew up in Northeast Oklahoma, where she attended the University of Oklahoma, earning her Associate of Science degree in 2011. She has 15 years in customer service, is exceptional at the bedside, and has a passion for helping people in their time of need.

Maribeth Ramsey, RMA

Maribeth has 5 years of experience in healthcare and office management, with most of that time in the emergency department and urgent care clinic. She attended SoTech where she obtained her Medical Assistant and phlebomoty training. She enjoys caring for patients in the clinic and is always eager to broaden her experience in the healthcare industry.

Lia Olvera MPMB, CSST

Lia is our administrative assistant, and another integral part of the RMWC/CCWC team. She obtained her Master's in Business Administration and Master's in Project Management from Keller Graduate School and has 20 years of customer service experience along with 10 years of management experience.
